The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including coordinating goods flow and ensuring efficient planning. They also lead, coach, and motivate the operations team while maintaining safety standards and administrative accuracy.
Candidates must have a completed MBO education, preferably in logistics, and at least two years of experience in a leadership role within a logistics environment. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and proficiency in both Dutch and English are required.

Als Coördinator Warehouse ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie op de vloer. Je combineert sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden met oog voor detail en aandacht voor de mens. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles binnen het warehouse efficiënt en foutloos verloopt.
Wat betekent dit concreet:
Je coördineert inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen en maakt een strakke dagplanning;
Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking en het WMS-systeem;
Je fungeert als schakel tussen klant, transporteur en warehouse;
Je stuurt dagelijks een team van operators aan, coacht en motiveert hen;
Je zorgt dat werkinstructies duidelijk zijn en worden nageleefd;
Je draagt actief bij aan een veilige werkomgeving (zero incidents) en werkt volgens 5S-principes;
Je signaleert knelpunten en lost deze snel en doeltreffend op.
Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de logistieke richting;
Je hebt minimaal twee jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een logistieke omgeving;
Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding;
Je bent stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en een echte people manager;
Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal goed;
Je hebt affiniteit met warehousemanagement en procesoptimalisatie.
