For our site from Bolintin-Deal, we are looking for an Officer Warehouse.

YOUR CHALLENGES

As an administrative linchpin, you not only ensure the correct follow-up and good management of our stock, but you also know how to give our customers an accurate answer regarding the existing stock at all times.  Within our warehouse you are the person who every day keeps the drivers, the customers and our own organization satisfied by a smooth administrative operation.

You are the administrative focal point for our customers and drivers.

More specifically, what do you do?

• As an administrative focal point, you not only ensure correct follow-up and good management of our stock, but you also know how to give our customers an accurate answer at all times regarding the existing stock.  
• This means that on the one hand you are responsible for a smooth processing of the mailbox. On the other hand, you guarantee an open and smooth communication to our customers/carriers.
• Our international and national drivers are briefed by you at the counter, from arrival to departure, regarding the cargo they have to transport. You ensure that they also have the necessary administrative documents. 

YOUR TALENTS

• Like no other, you know how to figure out the procedures, regulations, quality standards and you succeed in putting this in order administratively.
• You demonstrate a hands-on mentality in which accuracy and customer orientation are highly valued. Even when it gets a bit busier, you manage to deal with customers and drivers with the necessary maturity, independence and professionalism.
• Since you come into contact with national and international drivers and customers, you know how to communicate with them easily in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
