Responsible for driving a front load garbage truck to collect solid waste from commercial customers on specified routes. Transports collected waste to appropriate disposal sites while working in various weather conditions.
Requires a Class A or B CDL with at least 3 years of driving experience and a clean driving record. Must have specific experience with front load trucks and excellent customer service skills.
Waste Connections is looking for a Front Load Garbage Truck Driver at our site in Pflugerville, TX. The position will be responsible for driving a Garbage Truck servicing our commercial customers on specified routes to collect solid waste and transport it to appropriate disposal sites. This is a very physical job working outside in all weather conditions.
Monday-Saturday 1AM or 3AM start time typically working a 11+ hour day plus every other Saturday typically working 5-6 hours. We also offer family benefits, 401k, and paid time off.
Class A or B CDL
3+ years CDL driving experience.
Clean Driving Record
Excellent customer service skills
