Warehouse Distribution Center Associate - Receiving
The Opportunity:
As a Warehouse Receiving Associate you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming inventory. This role supports efficient warehouse operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring product quality, and contributing to a safe and organized work environment.
What You'll Do:
Process purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
Respond promptly to inquiries by phone and email from other teams.
Track inventory using SAP
Multi-task job functions, including receiving, dock duties, administrative tasks, and assisting other teams to meet customer needs
Work in a dynamic team environment and make decisions as a group
Communicate effectively, clearly, and consistently with receiving team
What You'll Need:
One year or more of warehouse experience with preference given to individuals with receiving experience
Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and self-management skills
Strong attention to detail, research and problem-solving skills
Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, including Outlook; SAP experience a plus).
Ability to consistently meet accuracy and productivity standards
Exceptional attendance and a strong bias to action.
Ability to work successfully within a team

Schedule/Physical Requirements:
Stand, bend, stoop, lift, reach, twist, and walk regularly throughout your shift
Work an 8-hour shift between 7 am – 7 pm, Monday – Friday.
