The DC Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for initiating continuous quality improvement processes and conducting root-cause analysis to reduce internal and customer-facing errors. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality standards, perform daily checks, and provide training to ensure operational goals are met.
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAP and MS Office, and a passion for continuous improvement. A Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

The Distribution Center (DC) is looking for someone who is energized about implementing and tracking quality improvement processes. The DC Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and initiating continuous quality improvement and reduction in both customer-facing and internal quality errors. This person analyzes data; conducts root-cause analysis; develops, implements and measures quality improvements; and partners with teams to ensure quality goals are achieved. The DC Quality Assurance Specialist assists with establishing quality standards, training, tools and improvement methods.
