The Service Clerk manages the workflow of the service department by processing work orders, timecards, and billing in the ERP system. They serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers while supporting accounts receivable and office operations.

Working environment

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
