Responsible for maintaining the integrity of perpetual inventory systems and managing data par standards across hospital departments. Coordinates cycle counts, annual physical inventories, and supports the product recall process using the RASMAS system.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 5 years of experience as an Inventory Coordinator. Proficiency in Oracle, automated inventory systems, and the ability to perform heavy physical labor up to 50 lbs is required.
The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for the integrity of the perpetual inventory systems, the management of inventory practices, and development of methods and procedures for Data par Management. Sets consistent control procedures for inventory additions, deletions and changes supported by the reports produced by the MMIS system. Provides operational support to ensure the smooth flow of the department while providing specific support services to all of the site departments. Maintains and supports all interaction with the PICIS system as it pertains to the CPD/SPD, OR and end users. Provides support on recall process with interaction and collaboration with the RASMAS (product recall) systems. Builds and maintains positive customer and co-worker relationships.
