The Dairy/Frozen Manager oversees the operation and profitability of the dairy and frozen departments, including inventory ordering and staff supervision. They also serve as the Manager on Duty, handling store opening/closing and ensuring high standards of customer service.
Candidates should ideally have a high school diploma and 1-2 years of experience in retail and supervision, preferably within a natural foods environment. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to obtain forklift and food safety certifications are required.
The Dairy/Frozen Manager is responsible for the successful operation and profitability of the dairy/frozen department as well as training, directing and monitoring all department staff. Department Managers are responsible for the success of their own department and are required to fulfill the duties of the Manager on Duty (MOD) on a scheduled basis.
