Traveling
Coaches is seeking a proven sales professional who closes on value rather than
price and who naturally becomes a trusted advisor and ally to prospective and
existing clients. You will represent Traveling Coaches in the market, build
relationships with C-level executives, and guide complex, consultative sales
from first conversation through close. We hire motivated sales veterans who
excel in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
This
role is primarily remote. We prefer candidates within a commutable distance of
our Plano, TX office to attend meetings, trainings, and team sessions as
needed. Travel within the U.S. is required, approximately two to four times per
month, including overnight stays.
• Identify and qualify new
opportunities, then advance them through a consultative sales cycle.
• Build and manage
relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Position Traveling Coaches’
services and products as strategic solutions tied to client outcomes.
• Manage a pipeline with
sales cycles ranging from three to eighteen months, forecasting accurately
throughout.
• Partner cross-functionally
to ensure a seamless client experience from sale through delivery.
• At least 3 years of proven
sales experience selling products and services to C-level executives.
• Superior qualification and
closing skills.
• Excellent written and
verbal communication.
• Comfort with long,
consultative sales cycles ranging from three to eighteen months, with the
discipline to forecast accurately across that horizon.
• Proficiency with Microsoft
Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Experience selling
consulting services is preferred.
• Experience selling into the
legal industry is a plus.
• $75,000 base salary plus
uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, giving you real control over your
earning potential.
