La risorsa ricercata è un Employee Relations Specialist, che verrà inserit all’interno della Direzione HR & CSR, a riporto dell’Head of Employee Relations & Reward e avrà la responsabilità di dare supporto su tutte le tematiche HR relative al perimetro di UTA Mobility, società di Edenred che offre ai propri clienti servizi di mobilità quali Fuel Card ed Energy card.
In particolare lavorerà a contatto con l’Amministratore Delegato di UTA e con il business, occupandosi di consulenza su tematiche relative alla normativa del lavoro, elaborazione di policy, amministrazione del personale, contrattualistica e reportistica, con frequenti contatti a livello internazionale.
Principali attività:
Consulenza e supporto tecnico in materia giuslavoristica;
Monitoraggio e analisi delle evoluzioni normative;
Redazione e supervisione dei contratti di lavoro;
Amministrazione del personale;
Gestione e aggiornamento dei sistemi HRIS aziendali;
Supporto al dipendente durante tutto il worklife cycle;
Collaborazione con un team interdisciplinare dedicato alle Employee Relations;
Coinvolgimento e allineamento con HQ.

Laurea in Giurisprudenza, Scienze Politiche o Master di specializzazione in diritto del lavoro o HR;
Circa 5 anni di esperienza in Studi legali/consulenza del lavoro o aziende strutturate;

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office in particolare excel;
Precisione e affidabilità.
