Lead the bank-wide independent model validation and governance framework across risk, finance, and compliance functions. Ensure adherence to CBUAE standards and manage the end-to-end model lifecycle, including AI/ML model oversight.
Requires a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline and 12-15 years of experience in model validation and risk management. Must have deep knowledge of CBUAE regulations and hands-on experience with AI/ML validation.
