You will manage the full lifecycle of contracts, handle complex litigation, and design legal processes to support fintech operations. Additionally, you will partner with engineering teams to automate legal workflows and provide strategic guidance on regulatory and commercial matters.
The ideal candidate is a qualified legal professional with at least 6 years of experience in corporate law, specifically within the fintech sector. You must possess strong stakeholder management skills, experience with multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks, and a pragmatic approach to balancing legal risk with business growth.
You'll manage contracts from draft to termination, handle litigation where fintech creates novel questions, and design legal processes that eliminate manual work. You make judgment calls on complex matters, build frameworks that scale, and advise when compliance requirements conflict with commercial objectives.
This isn't legal administration. It's making legal decisions that shape what the business can build.
