Admin Support Officer – 6-month contract

Your Mission

You will be our Admin Support Officer with a mission to ensure the smooth, efficient, and joyful running of our office and team operations.
You will be challenged to juggle multiple priorities — from calendar chaos to last-minute logistics — and still keep the coffee stocked and the printer running.
You will experiment with ways to streamline our admin processes and improve the day-to-day experience of our team in order to boost productivity and employee happiness.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the myZoi team.
  
• Support the People team with interview scheduling, training, onboarding and offboarding activities as needed.
  
• Manage office operations, including supplies, deliveries, returns, vendors, and expenses.
  
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel bookings, visitors, and general team logistics.
  
• Maintain organised physical and digital filing systems and coordinate business cards, ID cards, and office materials.
  
• Support team events, engagement activities, and internal communications.
  
• Proactively identify ways to improve office processes and team collaboration.
  
• Be flexible and step in to support the team with ad-hoc priorities when needed.

What You’ll Need

• Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office; experience with calendar and scheduling tools; familiarity with basic office systems and vendor management
  
• Business Skills: Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills; basic understanding of office budgeting and procurement
  
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience
