The Assistant Manager will lead the seasonal team in daily photo operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and a magical holiday experience for families. They will also assist with administrative tasks such as inventory management, staff scheduling, training, and equipment maintenance.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and the physical capacity to lift equipment and stand for long periods.

As our Assistant Local Manager, you’ll work alongside the Local Manager to help lead the team responsible for creating magical holiday memories for children and families. You’ll support daily photo operations, help motivate and develop the seasonal team, drive sales and service excellence, and ensure every family enjoys a memorable Santa visit, exceptional photo experience, and outstanding guest service from start to finish.
