The bartender must possess extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and resort beverage offerings while ensuring compliance with all alcohol service regulations. Additional responsibilities include processing transactions, managing inventory, assisting with special events, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the resort's commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.
