Summary
Bear Real Estate Group is looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician II to support our stunning, brand-new development, The Intersect located in Madison, WI. You will work amongst a team of professionals within a beautiful development with premium amenities.
The Maintenance Technician II is role responsible for handling more complex maintenance tasks, advanced diagnostics, and specialized repairs. This role provides leadership support by mentoring Technician I staff, overseeing turnovers, and managing preventative maintenance programs. The Technician II works with greater independence and serves as a technical resource within the community. Up to 2, 000 Sign‑on bonuses apply only to candidates hired through direct application channels and do not apply to agency‑submitted candidates.
