Responsible for processing guest arrivals and departures while adhering to Forbes 5-Star and AAA 5-Diamond service standards. Acts as a hotel ambassador by managing reservations, handling financial transactions, and coordinating guest requests across departments.
Requires a high school diploma and at least two years of customer service experience or one year of luxury resort front desk experience. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess strong communication and basic accounting skills.
