The Concierge manages the end-to-end guest experience by coordinating entertainment bookings, itineraries, and property amenities. They serve as an insider guide to the resort and local area while ensuring all guest requests are handled promptly and discreetly.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in a concierge or VIP role. Proficiency in English and a polished professional demeanor are required.
