The Multi-Site Leasing Consultant manages apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals across multiple assigned properties. They are responsible for generating leads, conducting tours, and maintaining high occupancy rates through exceptional customer service.
A high school diploma is required, while a college degree and previous residential leasing or sales experience are preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and proficiency in Yardi Voyager or similar property management software.

The individual for this role thrives on variety and multi-tasking. This role is ideally suited for a well-organized and customer savvy Leasing Consultant that will be responsible for the role of two or more assigned properties. The Muti-Site Leasing Consultant (Residential) (MSLC) will have a designated Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager to coordinate schedule and priorities. The role is responsible for coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. The MSLC is also responsible for interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy, to ensure resident retention and client satisfaction by providing the highest level of customer service.
