The Director of Human Resources is responsible for retention initiatives, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. They will also focus on employee engagement and team member development in collaboration with executive leadership.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least five years of progressive HR experience with strong leadership and recruitment skills. HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are preferred.

Goodwin Living (GL) seeks a dynamic leader to serve as the Director of Human Resources for Forest Hills of DC. This position works closely with the Chief People Officer, as well as the Forest Hills Executive Director and their management teams. The Director is responsible for retention initiatives, employee relations, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and team member development.
