Provide end-of-life care and hospice services to patients in home or community settings during weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, implementing care plans for comfortable dying, and coordinating with medical directors and families.
Requires a Registered Nurse license in Virginia with at least 5 years of professional nursing experience, preferably in hospice or acute care. Must have current CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle.
