Som deltidskok hos Odette bliver du en vigtig del af den daglige drift. Du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med vores køkkenchef og resten af teamet og vil få mulighed for at udvikle dine faglige kompetencer.
Dine arbejdsopgaver vil blandt andet være:
Forberedelse og tilberedning af retter
Mise en place og daglig køkkendrift
Varetagelse af egen station
Bidrage til et godt samarbejde og en god stemning i køkkenet
Sørge for orden, struktur og høj hygiejnestandard
Brænder for god mad og gode råvarer
Er kvalitetsbevidst og har sans for detaljen
