The Account Manager is responsible for prospecting and developing new CSE, community, and platform accounts within the Grand Ouest region. They will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, while fostering long-term relationships with existing clients.
Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of the CSE market. A bachelor's or master's degree is required, along with a valid driver's license and a proven ability to execute sales strategies.

Job Description:
Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Responsable développement Grands comptes CSE (H/F) pour la région Ile-de-France.
Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Ventes CSE et Collectivités, vous avez pour mission principale de développer votre secteur Grand Ouest.
Vos missions seront :
Prospecter de nouveaux comptes CSE, Collectivités et Plateformes CSE
Gérer le cycle de vente (prospection, proposition commerciale, négociation, closing et suivi)
Fidéliser et développer votre réseau de clients existants
Collaborer avec les départements internes (marketing, logistique, finance, service client) pour garantir une expérience client optimale et maximiser les opportunités de cross-sell
Capacité à analyser ses performances, mettre en place des plans d'actions et remonter des actions correctrices auprès de sa direction

Your Profile:
Diplômé(e) d’un Bac +3/+5, vous avez une expérience 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire
Vous avez une bonne connaissance du marché des CSE
Doté(e) d’une solide culture des méthodes de vente, d’un fort tempérament commercial et du sens de la négociation, vous disposez d’une capacité d’analyse vous permettant de développer des plans d’action
Vous avez une appétence pour la prospection
Vous êtes curieux, autonome et aimez le challenge
Vous disposez du permis B
Le poste est basé au siège à Paris 15ème
