Supervises the Catering Department employees and coordinates the preparation and service of food for functions. Manages the delivery of supplies, ensures quality control, and resolves customer complaints in a professional manner.
Previous catering experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license may be required. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's and/or alcohol server's permit.
