Je hebt ervaring in een onthaal- of dienstverlenende functie, bijvoorbeeld als check-in agent, cabin crew of steward(ess).
Gastvrijheid en proactiviteit zitten in je DNA; je zorgt voor een vlotte en aangename ervaring voor reizigers.
Je blijft kalm en oplossingsgericht, ook in onverwachte situaties.
Je bent discreet, stressbestendig en een echte organisator.
Goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ervaring in of affiniteit met de toeristische sector is een plus.
