Pamela is one of Big Mamma's newest restaurants in Berlin, and we're looking for passionate Commis de Cuisine ready to develop their skills in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen.
This is the perfect opportunity for cooks with their first professional experience who want to learn from experienced chefs, master Italian cuisine and build a long-term career in hospitality.

🚀 Your role & learning journey
You'll support the kitchen team while developing your technical skills across different sections:
Prepare ingredients and daily mise en place
Support the preparation and plating of dishes following our recipes and quality standards
Learn different kitchen stations and cooking techniques
Work closely with Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs during service
Ensure consistency, quality and attention to detail
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation
Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times
👉 This role is designed to help you grow into a Chef de Partie through continuous training and hands-on experience.
