Oversee the hot section to prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch while ensuring smooth operations and cleanliness. Responsibilities include training new chefs and maintaining strict health and safety standards.
Candidates must have previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume environment and excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine. A proactive attitude, leadership skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends are required.

Join our amazing team as Chef De Partie in Grill Section!
You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team!
You will be overseeing the hot section to prepare our authentic Italian dishes from scratch.
You will be communicating regularly with kitchen management, helping with onboarding and training of the new chefs and ensuring the hot section is operating smoothly.
You will respect health & safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!
You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.
