Responsible for sorting, washing, and returning dishes and utensils to food operations while maintaining a clean workstation. Duties include operating the dish machine, emptying garbage, and performing general kitchen cleaning tasks.
Requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends with the ability to lift up to 45 lbs. No prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and high standards of personal hygiene are essential.
The Dishwasher will be responsible to sort, wash, and return dishes and utensils to food operations with the restaurant and maintain a clean and efficient work station. Expedite clean dishes and utensils to the cook line and other areas of Food & Beverage on an as needed basis.
This position reports to: Kitchen Manager and/or General Manager (varies by location).
