Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience administering, configuring, testing, or supporting enterprise platforms. 3. Demonstrated experience supporting Agile product delivery, software implementations, platform enhancements, upgrades, and release cycles. 4. Demonstrated experience with system configuration, platform administration, workflow design, business rules, and permissions management. 5. Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, environment management, and vendor-supported solutions. 6. Demonstrated experience with testing disciplines, including functional, integration, regression, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and production readiness validation. 7. Ability to analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria and translate them into scalable system configurations and validation activities. 8. Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, documentation, communication, knowledge transfer, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 9. Ability to work effectively with Product Owners, Product Managers, technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts. 10. Experience in financial services, lending, or loan origination platforms preferred. 11. Working knowledge of platform administration tools, integration platforms, Azure environments, Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum methodologies, release management, change management, and configuration management practices. 12. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to the position. Must understand and comply with all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for assigned platforms, owning configuration, administration, stability, and long-term platform sustainability. 2. Configure workflows, business rules, permissions, integrations, and system settings to meet business and operational needs. 3. Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to support backlog refinement, solution design, delivery planning, and release readiness activities. 4. Establish and maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to assess business needs, identify process improvement opportunities, and align system configurations and capabilities with operational and strategic objectives. 5. Translate requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria into configuration, testing, validation, and operational readiness activities. 6. Identify and communicate dependencies, risks, technical constraints, and downstream impacts affecting implementation and release planning. 7. Support the implementation of new features, enhancements, and process improvements aligned to business objectives and product priorities. 8. Manage and support integrations, monitor data flows, and coordinate environment readiness across development, testing, and production environments. 9. Develop, execute, and coordinate testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing; manage defects through resolution and deployment readiness. 10. Validate production readiness, support releases and go-live activities, coordinate stabilization efforts, and participate in post-implementation reviews. 11. Create and maintain documentation, configuration guides, operational procedures, validation evidence, and support materials. 12. Facilitate knowledge transfer, support training initiatives, and build internal platform expertise to reduce vendor dependency. 13.
