Oversee the physical health, safety, and appearance of apartment communities while leading and scheduling the maintenance staff. Perform hands-on repairs across multiple building systems and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
Requires a high school diploma and a valid driver's license, with preferred experience in maintenance supervision and HVAC/EPA certifications. Candidates must have strong technical knowledge of building systems and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee the physical health, safety, and appearance of one or more apartment communities. You’ll lead the maintenance team, manage priorities, and ensure that residents experience a clean, safe, and well-maintained place to call home.
You’ll be responsible for both leadership and hands-on support, making sure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
