Joining our Older Adults Team as a Senior Case Worker is an excellent next step in your career in Social Work. You’ll be an integral part of our team providing individuals aged 65 and over with support and guidance to maximise their independence and wellbeing.
As well as holding your own diverse caseload, you’ll also support with cases with a higher level of complexity and provide guidance to Case Worker colleagues, role modelling best practice and setting an example for high standards of work across the team.

Hammersmith & Fulham is one of the 13 inner London Boroughs and is situated in the centre-west of London on the transport routes between the City and Heathrow airport. It is a long, narrow brough running north to south with a river border at its south and south-west side.
