The nurse will provide high-quality clinical care to an 11-year-old client with complex needs, including seizure management and PEG-J care. Additionally, the role involves building rapport with the client and enhancing her quality of life through play and social interaction.
Candidates must be a Paediatric Nurse with at least 6 months of UK-based experience within the last 2 years. Essential clinical skills include deep suctioning, PEG-J care, and epilepsy management.
At Pulse Nursing at Home, we specialise in nurse-led packages of care for clients with complex needs who want to receive care in their own homes and communities.
The role will involve working with our 11 year old female client who is living with complex care needs including global developmental delay and a complex seizure disorder. You will be working in the family home. Whilst supporting with her clinical needs, enhancing her quality of life where possible and enriching her social needs through play and interaction. You will be expected to deliver high quality patient care, build a rapport with the client whilst maintaining professional boundaries.
