Responsibilities
Provide practical and emotional support to a paediatric client, including personal care, medication administration, and clinical interventions. Promote the client's independence, dignity, and inclusion while working closely with families and professionals.
Requirements
Candidates must have a caring and empathetic nature with strong communication skills and the right to work in the UK. Previous experience in complex care or supporting individuals with disabilities is desirable.
Pay Rate: £14.86 - £17.10 per hour (including holiday pay)

Pulse Nursing at Home is a community care provider, committed to providing high-quality care and support to individuals who are living with complex care needs within their own homes. We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our team.
The Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting with their daily activities, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life. You will work closely with our client, their families, and other professionals to deliver person-centered care and support.
In this role you will be supporting our paediatric female client in both her home and school, who is living with several complex care needs. On shift you will be providing personal care, administering medications and managing our clients clinical interventions (full training will be provided).
Key Responsibilities
Provide practical and emotional support to service users.
Administer medications, and complete manual handling.
Working with clinical interventions
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required.
Promote independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion.
Build positive and professional relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Caring, empathetic, and patient nature.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
Right to work in the UK.
Desirable:
6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK based experience)
Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs including brain injuries, spinal injuries, physical disabilities, genetic and neurological conditions.
