Provides constant observation and supportive care to ensure a safe environment for patients requiring 1:1 supervision. Assists with patient mobility, meals, and accompanies patients to clinical tests and procedures.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work night shifts including weekends and holidays. Previous clinical experience is preferred but not mandatory.

A proactive and engaged presence is key to thriving in this role and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.
Provides a safe environment, companionship and supportive care for patients that require constant observation as identified by a nurse or physician. Maintains a safe environment for any patient requiring 1:1 supervision. Maintains constant observation of patient. Responsible to accompany the patient if he or she must leave the unit for reasons identified by the care provider.
