The Clinical Nurse Manager provides professional nursing and clinical oversight for the Assisted Living facility, including supervising direct care staff and managing resident care plans. They also coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident outcomes and regulatory compliance.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Florida with at least three years of experience in Home Health or Assisted Living. The role requires current CPR and IV certifications, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
