Requires a PhD in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field with deep technical expertise in oligonucleotide chemistry and cGMP manufacturing. Must have proven experience managing international CDMOs and a thorough understanding of FDA and EMA regulatory guidelines.
