The Logistics Courier is responsible for receiving, stocking, and distributing supplies to various Carilion Clinic facilities. This includes managing inventory data, packing orders, and performing timely courier runs and freight shipping.
A high school diploma and a valid Virginia driver's license with a positive driving record are required. Experience in warehouse and material handling is preferred, along with the ability to handle heavy equipment.
The Logistics Courier
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Warehouse and material handling experience preferred.
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Valid Virginia driver’s license required with positive driving record.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Excellent communication skills. Computer skills. Ability to perform in a continually changing environment. Must have the ability to perform responsibilities and handle the heavy equipment of standard warehouse operations. Must successfully complete orientation and competency validation for position.
