The Registered Nurse will provide specialized nursing care and monitor physical health needs for adults in a 24-hour crisis stabilization program. They will also facilitate wellness groups, manage medication administration, and complete clinical documentation to support recovery.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and hold a current Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts. One year of experience in an acute mental health or co-occurring disorders setting is preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) team. In this role, you’ll provide specialized nursing care to adults in a 24-hour crisis stabilization program that serves as a medically necessary, voluntary, and less restrictive alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.
Our CCS program features a newly renovated 10 bed unit where individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis receive short-term stabilization and support. Typical stays range from 3 to 5 days but are flexible based on each individual's needs.
Schedule: Alternating Weekends (Every Other Weekend)
Hours: Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

By joining Aspire Health and Community Services, you will make a direct impact supporting adults during times of behavioral health crisis, collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team in a newly renovated crisis stabilization program, and help individuals achieve stability and recovery in a compassionate, community-based setting.
Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
