BlinkRx is scaling a large hourly Operations workforce across fulfillment, pharmacy, and patient support functions. The Employee Relations Partner is a dedicated specialist who owns the day-to-day employee relations work for this population, partnering closely with the Sr. HRBP, Operations leaders, and Employment Counsel to resolve issues fairly, consistently, and in line with legal requirements.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable owning complex cases end to end, coaching frontline managers, and operating with strong judgment in a fast-moving, multi-site environment. You will help build and strengthen the employee relations infrastructure as the organization grows.
