The Recovery House Coordinator maintains a safe and structured living environment for individuals in recovery by enforcing house rules and monitoring resident progress. Key duties include managing admissions and discharges, facilitating peer support, and coordinating transportation and treatment participation.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for degrees in Human Services or Behavioral Health. Preferred qualifications include experience in substance use treatment and certifications such as Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) or Certified Peer Specialist (CPS).

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Recovery House Coordinator in Erie, PA to support individuals participating in recovery housing programs. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe, structured, and recovery-focused living environment while promoting accountability, engagement, and successful transitions in recovery.
The Recovery House Coordinator assists with daily house operations, admissions, discharges, transportation, resident supervision, and recovery support services. This position serves as a key resource for residents while ensuring compliance with program standards and fostering a positive recovery community.
This position operates within recovery housing, residential facilities, and community-based settings. Candidates should be comfortable working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and crisis situations. Local travel may be required.
