The Adult Therapist will facilitate evidence-based group and individual therapy sessions within the Intensive Outpatient Program. They are also responsible for conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client recovery.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field. Completion of a clinical internship or practicum is required, with preference given to those with experience in outpatient behavioral health settings.

High Focus Centers is a trusted provider of outpatient behavioral health services in southeastern Pennsylvania, offering comprehensive and individualized care through our specialized programs: Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. We provide high-quality treatment for adults and adolescents experiencing mental health, substance use, eating disorders, and co-occurring conditions.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Adult Therapist to join our Adult Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Lansdale, PA. This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by facilitating group therapy, providing individual support, and helping adults develop the skills needed to achieve lasting recovery and emotional wellness.
