Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field and have completed a clinical internship. While not required, professional licensure in Pennsylvania and experience in adolescent outpatient settings are preferred.

Full-Time Adolescent Outpatient Therapist (IOP)
Location: High Focus Centers – Lansdale, PA
High Focus Centers is a leading provider of outpatient behavioral health services throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. Through our specialized programs, we provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment for adolescents experiencing mental health challenges.
We are seeking a Full-Time Adolescent Outpatient Therapist to join our clinical team in Lansdale. This position provides individual and group therapy to adolescents participating in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
$53,000–$55,000 annually, based on education and experience.
