The Medical Assistant provides clinical support by obtaining vital signs, performing urine screens, and managing medical records. They also assist with the admissions process, coordinate lab requisitions, and schedule follow-up appointments for clients.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a Certified Medical Assistant certification can be substituted. Experience in residential drug and alcohol settings and current CPR/AED/First Aid certifications are preferred.
