The Clinical Pharmacist oversees the medication distribution system and ensures drug therapy is safe, effective, and indicated for patients. Responsibilities include monitoring patient responses, training staff, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and the P&T Committee formulary.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy or RPH degree and be a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Pennsylvania. A PGY1 Pharmacy Residency is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
