The Clinical Improvement Specialist provides project leadership to drive clinical strategic improvement initiatives across the organization. They collaborate with stakeholders to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while tracking KPIs to reduce clinical variation.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of project management experience. A PMP or CAPM certification is required, with preference given to those with Lean Six Sigma or quality improvement certifications.
The Clinical Improvement Program Specialist is accountable to advance the execution of organizational clinical strategic improvement through providing project leadership and closely partners with the Clinical Improvement Designer.
Education:
B.S. in Business, relevant clinical field, Healthcare Administration, and/or Quality and Safety.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management is required.
