Performs preparatory and scrubbing duties to provide patient care across various surgical specialties in the operating room. Responsibilities include maintaining the sterile field, anticipating surgeon needs, and managing surgical instruments and supplies.
Requires graduation from an accredited Surgical Technologist program and a valid BLS certification. Candidates need at least 2 years of experience in two or more surgical specialties, or a Surgical Technologist certification.
