Opportunity Overview
We have an immediate opening for a full-time Patient Services Coordinatorto join our team atRMA of New Yorkin Eastside, New York City.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (shifts assigned based on practice need); Weekend rotation, 6:45 AM to 12:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Shifts assigned based on practice need); Two holidays per year
Compensation:$17.00 to $19.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Patient Services Coordinator will:
Interacting with patients; practicing effective, courteous communication
Working the front desk
Answering telephone and scheduling appointments
Preparing charts; consistently ensuring appropriate forms are used
Collecting patient payments due at the time of service; verifying accurate insurance information
Good judgement and takes initiative
Interpersonal Skills: approachable, outgoing, and exhibit a professional disposition
Passionate about providing excellent patient care
Ability to work independently and as part of the team

Qualifications and Skills Include:
A successful candidate must possess a High School Degree, Associates or bachelor's preferred

Familiarity with computer applications (Microsoft Suite)
Medical office experience is a plus, interest in the field of reproductive medicine a must
