Maintain the building exterior, grounds, and landscaping for Catholic Eldercare facilities. Responsibilities include mowing, planting, irrigation management, and supporting the internal maintenance team.
Requires at least one year of groundskeeping or landscaping experience and intermediate to advanced English skills. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and work primarily outdoors in all weather conditions.

Location: NE Minneapolis
The Groundskeeper maintains the building exterior and all grounds and landscaping of Catholic Eldercare facilities. In addition, they will maintain small landscaping tools and engines and back up the internal maintenance team.
The successful candidate will work full-time, in-person, with at least 90% of the time working outside in the elements. The groundskeeper is on-call when snow or storm cleanup may be needed and on rotation with other maintenance staff.
Job Information: Salary range, $21-23 per hour. Non-exempt position. This position is eligible for PTO accrual.
