Provides high-level administrative and paralegal support to the General Counsel and the company's Board of Directors. Key duties include managing board portals, coordinating executive travel, and processing legal billing and expenses via Oracle and Legal Tracker.
Requires a combination of education and experience, ranging from a high school diploma with 10 years of experience to a bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, while paralegal certification and experience with Diligent or Legal Tracker are preferred.
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to business and functional leadership, ensuring efficient coordination of business activities and seamless operation of office procedures and resources. You will play a key part in enhancing organizational effectiveness and supporting leadership priorities.
This role reports directly to the General Counsel and serves as a trusted partner to leaders within the Legal organization, as well as non-executive Directors of the Company’s Board.

Pay range for this opportunity is $70,000 - $80,000. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
