Oversee the donor family aftercare program by providing direct bereavement and grief support to families. Act as a liaison between families and stakeholders while collaborating with leadership to improve program processes.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, nursing, or a related field and at least 2 years of healthcare experience. A Master's degree and experience in organ procurement, hospice, or ICU settings are preferred.

1.0 FTE, 100%, day shift position. This position will work at the UW Health Tissue and Donation building located at 448 Science Dr. in Madison, WI. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM. Some travel to other hospitals and attending events will also be required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
